Payments are handled by Stripe, and these cookies are set when the payment form loads. If you block them, you will not be able to pay on this site. Stripe's own privacy notice is at stripe.com/privacy.
Similar technologies
Not cookies, but stored on your device in the same spirit, so they belong here:
booking-draft— the dates, room and rate you have chosen, held in your browser's session storage so a refresh or a step backwards doesn't lose your place. It expires after 30 minutes and is deleted when you close the tab. It never leaves your browser.booking-confirmation— your booking reference after payment, kept for 2 hours so the confirmation page survives a refresh.
Analytics
This site currently runs no analytics and sets no analytics cookies.
If that changes, Google Analytics would be loaded with analytics storage denied by default, a banner would ask before anything is set, and your answer would be remembered in a cookie_consent cookie for 180 days. Declining leaves the site fully usable.
Managing cookies
Every browser lets you see, block and delete cookies — the option is usually under Settings → Privacy. Blocking the Stripe cookies above will stop payment working; blocking everything else has no effect on your booking.
